Hazel Ann Sikes

Hazel Ann Sikes, age 84 of Fredericktown, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the Stockhoff Memorial Nursing Center in Fredericktown. She was born on January 2, 1933 in Austin, Texas, a daughter of Oran Otto and Hazel Juanita (Hatcher) Lowery. On December 21, 1956 in Palantine, Illinois she was united in marriage to Elvin Henry Sikes who preceded her in death on June 25, 2015. Her parents and one daughter Beth Sevier, brother Bobby Lowery and sister Betty Goldrick also precedes her in death.   She is survived by one daughter & son-in-law - Sally & Jeff Fecke of Cole Camp, Missouri and five grandchildren - Amy, Joel and Jacob Fecke and Greg and Betty Coit.      Hazel was a retired school teacher with the Fredericktown School District; she enjoying playing cards, bowling and spending time with her grandchildren. She attended the Presbyterian Church in Fredericktown.      Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Sunday, September 10, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Lindell Sikes officiating.  Internment will be at the Oddfellows Cemetery in Fredericktown.        Condolences may be posted on this website. Visitation: 101 N.
