Helen A. Thomas

Mrs. Helen Alberta "Babb" Thomas passed away late Wednesday night, November 5, 2014, at Camelot Manor Nursing Home, in Farmington, at the age of 89 years and 11 months & 1 day. Helen was born on December 4, 1924. Helen was preceded-in-death by her husband, Earl Thomas on Feb. 17, 2003. Also preceding-in-death were: a sister, Sarah "Lizzie" Williams and 3 brothers - Homer Babb; Howard Babb and Walter Babb.

Helen was a longtime, faithful member of Farmington Christian Church and retired from the Business Office at Mineral Area College.

Survivors Include : 3 sons - Thomas E. (& Tammy) Thomas, of Farmington; Alan (& Betty) Thomas, of Fulton; Bruce (& Vivian) Thomas, of Overland Park, KS; Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation : Saturday, 4-7 p.m. Visitation resumes, Sunday @ 6:30 a.m.

Funeral : Sunday, 2:00 p.m., Nov. 9, 2014
