Helen Marie Gipson

Helen Marie Gipson, age 84 of Fredericktown, Missouri passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born on July 19, 1933 in Lodi, Missouri, a daughter of Duffy and Vina (Evans) Easley. On August 23, 1950 she was united in marriage to James Gipson, he preceded her in death on March 22, 2008. Her parents and sons Bobby Gene Sr., Roger and Ronnie Gipson and one great-granson also precedes her. She is survived by one daughter - Becky (Eric) Boushie of Fredericktown; grandchildren - Bobbie Gipson Jr, Derick Gipson, Erica Mills, Erin Couch and Chassity Gipson; several great-grandchildren and one sister - Eunice Adams of Fredericktown. Helen was a homemaker, she enjoyed gardening, watching the hummingbirds, listening to music and singing karoke at the nursing home. Visitation will be from 11:00 - 2:00 p.m.,on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Clyde Bess officiating. Interment will be at Marcus Memorial Cemetery in Fredericktown.
