Iva Deloris Fechter

Mrs. Iva Deloris 'Hallam' Fechter, of Goose Creek, passed away Sunday morning, March 26, 2017, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, in Festus, at the age of 79 years, 9 months & 13 days. Iva was born on June 13, 1937, in Fairfield, Illinois, and was the daughter of Harvey Hallam and Dorothy 'McKay' Hallam Jones. Also preceding in death were: her husband, Ralph Harold Fechter (Feb. 11, 2003); and 3 brothers - Gene, Ralph & Allen Hallam.

Iva was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Farmington, and a member of the Goose Creek Auxilliary.

Survivors Include: 2 daughters - Brenda (& James) Cotroneo, of Powder Springs, GA; and Nancy (& Brad) Rider, of Caseyville, IL. 1 son, Doug (& Lori) Fechter, of Festus, MO. 3 sisters - Peggy Harris, of Mt. Erie, IL; Lavon (& Ronald) Walker, of Olney, IL and Grace (& Rocky) Merritt, of Fairfield, IL. 5 brothers - Harvey (& Sharon) Halllam, of WI; David (& Evonne) Hallam, of Fairfield, IL; John (& Jane) Hallam, of WI; Carroll (& Mary) Hallam, of Fairfield, IL and Gilbert Hallam, of Mt. Erie, IL. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation : Wednesday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation resumes Thursday, 6:30 - 10:30 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Service

Funeral : Thursday, 11:00 a.m., March 30, 2017

at : St. Paul Lutheran Church, Farmington, with Rev. Richard Foss officiating.

Interment follows at : Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington
