Jackie Dean Elliott of Ironton, Missouri passed away May 28, 2023 in Pilot Knob, Missouri at the age of sixty-three years. He was born May 22, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Jackson Dean and Carol Marie (Marler) Elliott. Jackie is survived by three sons; Justin, Cody, and Jesse, all of Atkinson, Georgia and four grandchildren; Courtney, Caitlyn, Talon, and Kyra. He is also survived by his mother, Carol Marie, two brothers: Kevin C. Elliott of Ironton, Missouri and Michael Elliott of Tennessee; one sister; Debra March, of Farmington, Missouri, his special friend; Melinda Fox of Ironton, Missouri as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jackie was preceded in death by his father, Jackson Dean Elliott. Jackie grew up in St. Peters, Missouri. After high school he served our country in the United States Army. He worked as a plumber in residential construction with his brother, Kevin, for many years. Jackie was currently retired and working part time at Menards in Farmington. He liked to hunt, fish, work in his garden, and grow flowers. He enjoyed riding his Harley—especially with Kevin. Jackie also liked to cook and was quite good at it. He loved animals and gave a home to many over the years. Jackie was loved and will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral Services with full military honors will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Randy Krannig officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at Bryson Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to Farmington Pet Adoption Center.
