Jackie Lynn Meadows

          Jackie Meadows, 64, of Farmington, passed away May 18, 2022, at her home surrounded by the ones that loved her.  She was born in Bonne Terre, August 7, 1957, to the late Edward “Foxy” and Helen (Barks) Ervin.  Jackie was a member of the Farmington Church of Nazarene and enjoyed helping on the committee for “Help the Hungry.”  She was an avid golfer, loved to go fishing and her Friday night weenie roast with her nephews.  Jackie worked for Camelot Nursing Facility in their billing department.

          She was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, C.E. Meadows and wife Mary Lee; and a sister in-law, also by the name, Jackie Meadows.

          Jackie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Benjamin Meadows; two children, Christina Renee Davis and fiancé Shawn Berg, Nicholas Joshua Meadows and special friend, Natalie Schuessler; grandchildren, Brittney Lynn Davis, Hannah Nicole Meadows; and one great-grandson, Draylynn Meadows; siblings, Carol Hale, Edward “Buddy” (Jackie) Ervin, Pam (Ronnie) Akers, and Cindy Bouse; special son in-law, Roger Davis; brother in-law, but more like a son, Tim (Tina) Meadows and brothers-in-law, Charlie (Judy) Meadows and Harry (Candice) Meadows; special friend, Belinda “Aunt B” Bennett; and her precious fur baby, Theodore, also know as “Little Doodle Bug.”  The family would like to send a sincere thank you to Kindred Hospice for the excellent care they gave to Jackie.

          Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Sunday, May 22, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  The visitation will resume at 9:00 AM, Monday, May 23, 2022, in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, until the time of service at 11:00 AM.  Brother Van Williams will be officiating.  Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre.  The family requests memorials be directed to the American Brian Tumor Association www.abta.org in lieu of flowers.
