James Edward Cowsert

James Edward Cowsert, known to most as "Ed", passed away March 9, 2021 at the age of 74 years. He was born on August 18, 1946 in Ironton, Missouri the son of the late Cecil and Dorothy (McDonald) Cowsert. Ed is survived by his wife Sue Cowsert of Pilot Knob, Missouri. One daughter Debbie Reynolds and husband, Mark of Ironton, Missouri. Ed is also survived by his brother: Tom Cowsert (Alisa) of Arcadia, Missouri; two sisters: Connie Jones (David) of Ridgedale, Missouri; Patti Nelson (Mike) of Owatonna, Minnesota; three granddaughters: Anna Reynolds (Dane), Rachel Reynolds (Ethan), and Renee Reynolds; two great granddaughters: Adalynn and Reynlee; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brothers: Don Cowsert and Mickey Boles, and his sister, Jean Inherst.
