Rev. James Linzy Farris

Rev. James Linzy Farris of Piedmont, MO passed away July 22, 2013 in Arcadia, MO at the age of 84 years. James was born September 29, 1928 in Ellington, MO, a son of the late James Mack and Cora (Radcliff) Farris. In 1951, he was united in marriage to Annie Lorene Warren, who preceded him in death in August 1992. To this union, two children were born; Linda Marie Hise of Arcadia, MO, and James Garry and wife Martha Farris of Pilot Knob, MO. In 2004, he was united in marriage to Clara Blanche Wells of Piedmont, MO. Also surviving are two brothers; Les Farris of Holden, MO and Ted Farris of Bunker, MO, three granddaughters; Stephanie Ann Foster, Mary Farris, and Katie Farris, and a great-granddaughter, Gabriella Farris. James was preceded in death by two brothers; Wes Farris and Lee Farris, and four sisters; Madelene Nettleton, Naoma Counts, Willie Sutterfield, and Millie Farris.
