Mr. James Earl "Jim" Dinwiddie, of Camdenton, MO., formerly of Farmington, passed away Nov. 27, 2007, at the General Wood Army Community Hospital in Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, at the age of 63 years, 11 months & 1 day. Jim was born Dec. 26, 1943, in Eldon, MO., and was the son of the late Earl Reeves Dinwiddie & Juanita 'Barbee' Dinwiddie. Also preceding was 1 sister, Betty Dinwiddie.

Jim was a US ARMY Veteran, serving during the Viet Nam War. Jim was a former administrator of the Farmington R-7 School District for many years. Jim served 1972-1976 as F.H.S. Assistant Principal; 1976-1983 as F.H.S. Principal & 1983-1996 as Farmington R-7 Assistant Superintendent. Jim built their home at Camdenton and enjoyed fishing and playing with his grandson, Carter - his pride & joy !

Survivors Include : his wife, Sharyn Kaye 'Ormsby' Dinwiddie, of Camdenton; 1 Step-Son: Matt (& Megan) Freer, of St. Louis. 2 Sisters: Dean (Mrs. Eugene) Miller; Gladys (Mrs. Richard) Forrester; 2 Brothers: Donald (& Diana) Dinwiddie; Gail (& Sheila) Dinwiddie, all of Eldon, MO. 3 Brothers-In-Law: Bill (& Dottie) Ormsby, of Fairdealing, MO; Dr. Bob (& Wanda) Ormsby, of Poplar Bluff; Dr. Gary (& Pat) Ormsby, of Poplar Bluff. His grandson, Carter Freer, of St. Louis. Also surving are many Nieces & Nephews.

Visitation : Friday, 5-8 p.m., resuming Saturday @ 7:00 a.m.

Funeral : Saturday, 11:00 a.m., December 1, 2007,

at : TAYLOR Funeral CHAPEL, with Rev. Rocky Good officiating.

Interment at Three Rivers Cemetery, rural Farmington.
