Janet Lee Dietz

Janet Lee (Hiatt) Dietz of Pilot Knob, Missouri passed away on March 6, 2024 in Farmington, Missouri at the age of 92 years. She was born in Noblesville, Indiana on August 15, 1931 to the late Raymond B. Hiatt and Iva Jo (Smith) Hiatt. On August 24, 1949, she was united in marriage to Winfred Earl Dietz, who preceded her in death on August 18, 1994. They were the parents of four children: Eric Daniel Dietz and wife, Rowena, Jacquelyn Lee Dietz, Arnold "Gregory" Dietz all of Pilot Knob, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her son, Frank R. Dietz. Janet was also preceded in death by her brother, Richard Hiatt and her sister, Betty Jo Preston. Janet was the proud grandmother of three grandchildren; Frankie and Lindy Dietz and Shannon Dietz who preceded her in death. Janet enjoyed being a wife, mom, and homemaker for her family.
