Janet Lashley

Janet Lashley, 75, of Desloge, passed away February 24, 2023, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, into the arms of her savior, with her family by her side.  She was born March 4, 1947, in Bonne Terre, to the late Waldo and Ethel (Buxton) Weible.  Janet was a homemaker and a faithful member of Parkview Free Will Baptist Church in Desloge.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joseph Henry Lashley; one brother in infancy, Robert Lynn Weible and one sister, Joanne Gibson.

Janet is survived by birth daughters, Angela Johnson and Annette Crader; grandchildren, Denver Johnson, Jessica Spain and Joshua Casteel; sister, Kay Looney and brothers, Steve Weible and Keith Weible; along with other friends and family.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Monday, February 27, 2023, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.  A graveside service to follow at Herod Cemetery in Desloge, with Pastor David Watkins officiating.
