Janice Letta Douglas

Janice Letta Douglas, formerly of Ironton, Missouri, passed away on July 21, 2016 in DeSoto, Missouri at the age of 85 years. She was born July 30, 1930 in Patton, Missouri the daughter of the late Leslie and Louie Mae (Slinkard) Wilkinson. On January 21, 1950 she was united in marriage to James C. Douglas who preceded her in death on February 21, 1994. To this union five children were born; Walter Douglas and wife Debbie of Farmington, Missouri, Doris Schneider and husband Bill of St. Louis, Missouri, Mark Douglas of French Village, Missouri, Michael Douglas and wife JoAnn of DeSoto, Missouri, and Calvin Douglas and wife Bonnie of Valles Mines, Missouri. In addition to her children Janice is survived by her brother, Franklin Wilkinson and wife Nelda of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,and her sister, Lulabelle Angle and husband Cletus of Jackson, Missouri, five grandchildren; Matt, Justin, Jessica, Robin and Catherine, eleven great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and...
