Jeffrey Kent Rosener

Jeffrey Kent Rosener, age 57, passed away peacefully, Sunday, January 23, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at Missouri Baptist Hosptial in St. Louis. Jeff was born November 15, 1964 in Bonne Terre, to Samuel and Verneda (Taulbee) Rosener. In Jeff’s early years, he worked as a painter for the IUPAT (the International Union of Painters & Allied Trades) and eventually became a self-employed custom painter for local businesses and residents. He was an avid STL Blues hockey fan, enjoyed playing golf, and he often won matches at the local shooting tournaments. His smile would like up any room. Jeff loved his family and adored his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Samuel Rosener.

Jeff is survived by his loving mother Fern (Taulbee) Rosener; siblings, Randy (Donna) Rosener, Karen (Lee) Murray; two nieces, Rachel (Kendrick) Carr, and Amber Marler; one nephew Clinton (Jackie) Murray, one great- niece Claire Murray; and great- nephew Clay Murray, along with a host of family and friends that also survive.

Memorial visitation will be held at CZ Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 1:00 pm until service time of 2:00 pm. Pastor Chuck Lotz will be officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Bonne Terre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CZ Boyer Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
