Jeremiah David Smith

Jeremiah David Smith, of Tybee Island, Georgia, formerly of Farmington, passed away February 12, 2014, in Bonne Terre, at the age of 32 years, 11 months & 8 days. Jeremiah was born on March 4, 1981, and was preceded-in-death by his father, Steven Dale Smith on Oct. 6, 1999.

Jeremiah was a member of the First Baptist Church of Delassus.

Survivors Include : 2 children - Kaylee Marie Smith & Caden David Bright, both of Farmington. 2 sisters - Julie (& Jeronimo) Jones-Mondragon, of Rincon, GA; and Christina Anderson, of Tybee Island, GA. 1 brother, Caleb Smith (& Megan Pinkston), of Farmington. His mother, Lona (Mrs. Mark) Crask, of Tybee Island, GA. Grandparents: Lowell & June Smith, of Farmington; and Elisabeth Bell, of Middlebury, CT. Also, a step-brother, Matthew Crask.

Visitation : Tuesday, 4-6 p.m.

Memorial Service : Tuesday, 6:00 p.m.

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Charles Shrum officiating.
