He possessed an unwavering love for the outdoors, often spending his days mowing his lawn with pride and enjoying the beauty of nature. A passionate St. Louis Cardinals fan, he carried his enthusiasm for the team with him everywhere he went.
Jerry was deeply committed to his family. He is survived by his beloved mother, Catherine Odom-Trautwein; his sisters, Terri Odom and Amy Kedge; and a wide circle of relatives and friends who will forever cherish his memory. Known for his kind heart and good sense of humor, Jerry never complained about the challenges he faced in life. His ability to smile through adversity inspired many, and he made the most out of every opportunity to help others.
Jerry was a fast learner and had a great affinity for welding. Jerry also fondly remembered the times he spent helping his late father with stock car racing, a passion that brought them closer together.
In this difficult time, we ask that you remember Jerry not for his struggles but for the joy and love he brought into the lives of those around him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
