Jessamine Marie Devaney

Jessamine Marie Devaney of Ironton, Missouri passed away on October 31, 2020 in Pilot Knob, Missouri at the age of ninety-five years. She was born August 21, 1925 to the late Robert and Mary Anna (Stuart) Ramsey. On November 25, 1943, she was united in marriage to Francis Patrick Devaney who preceded her in death. To this union, four children were born: Sharon "Kathy" Vandergriff (Jerry) of Arcadia, Missouri, Michael Devaney (Catherine) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Deborah Montgomery (Larry) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Mary Rayfield (Kenny)of Jackson, Missouri. Jessamine is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. In addition to her husband and parents, Jessamine was preceded in death by her six brothers; Earl Ramsey, Louie Ramsey, Larry Ramsey, Robert Ramsey, Merrill Ramsey, and Kenneth Ramsey and her three sisters; Ethel Exline, Irene Pyrtle, and Katie Ramsey.
