Jesse Blain Pierce

Jesse Blain Pierce, age 22, of St. Louis formerly of Sikeston, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023, at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis after a courageous battle with cancer.  He was born on Thursday, December 28, 2000.

Jesse recently converted to Catholicism. He loved gaming, Lego’s, animation, drawing, playing his electric guitar and collecting YUGIOH cards.  Jesse was a giving person even after death, he was able to donate his corneas and his family was told he was able to help two individuals.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Blain and JoAnn Pierce, Jesse Williams and cousin, Brooke Williams.

Jesse is survived by his mother, Gail Williams-Pierce; father, Darmond Pierce; siblings, Delia Thompson and Stephen Pierce; nieces, Rebecca and Jaeda Thompson; grandmother, Delpha Williams along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge from 11:00 AM until service time of 2:00 PM with Rev. Paul Rothschild officiating. Memorials can be made to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in Jesse’s Memory.
