Mrs. Jessie Eleanor Heberlie passed away late Monday evening, March 12, 2007, at The Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center, in Farmington, at the age of 95 years, 5 months & 12 days. Jessie was born on September 30, 1911, in southern St. Francois County, & was the daughter of Jesse G. Vandergriff & Margaret 'Marshall' Vandergriff. Also preceding-in-death was her husband, John Heberlie, (April 7, 1989); & 3 Brothers: Alva G. Vandergriff; Elmer L. Vandergriff & Willard C. Vandergriff.

Jessie was a longtime faithful member of Farmington First Baptist Church, since becoming a Christian in 1922. She was united in marriage on June 21, 1945, to John T. Heberlie. Jessie graduated from Farmington High School; Flat River Junior College & she received her BS Education Degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She taught school for 15 years from 1931-1946.

Survivors Include: 2 Sons: Terence (& Aline) Heberlie, of Moultrie, GA; Thomas L. Heberlie, of rural Bonne Terre; 1 Sister: Virginia "Virgie" Princler, of Clarkston, MI; 1 Sister-In-Law: Alta Vandergriff, of Farmington; 2 Grandchildren: Herman Heberlie, of Moultrie, GA & Hilda 'Mrs. Dennis' Conger, of Moultrie, GA. Also surviving are several Nieces & Nephews.

Visitation: Thursday, 4-9 p.m. Visitation resumes Friday, 7-8 a.m. @ Taylor Funeral Service.

Visitation begins at Farmington First Baptist Church at 8:30 a.m.

Funeral: Friday, 10:00 a.m., March 16, 2007, at Farmington First Baptist Church, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating.

Interment : Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington.
