Jessie Mae Shirley

Jessie Mae Shirley, 78, of Ironton passed away October 7,2022 at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington. She was born July 1,1944 in Clarkton, MO to the late Amery and Dessie (South) Branch. She was a member of the Iron Mountain First Baptist Church.

     In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a grandson Kyle Steffen, and a sister Rachael Petty.

     Jessie is survived by her husband Billy Shirley, two children, Dana Ashley and husband Virgil, and Karen Shirley and Fiancé Andy Langston, four grandchildren, Zachary Steffen, Hannah Ashley, Jenna Ashley, and Virgil “Petie” Ashley and wife Katie, and two great-grandchildren, Maci Ashley, and Kolten Ashley. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

     Visitation will be held Sunday, October 9, 2022, from 1:00 PM until the service time at 3:00 PM at CZ Boyer & Son Taylor Chapel. Rev. Jason Smith will be officiating. Interment will be later at Bismarck Odd Fellows Cemetery. Memorials may be made to The Shriners. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
