Mr. Jim Lee Green, of Farmington, passed away Sunday evening, August 1, 2004, at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, at the age of 66 years, 2 months & 2 days. Jim was born May 29, 1938, in Doe Run, to the late Luther A. & Dorothy 'Weiss' Green.

Jim was a member of Doe Run Methodist Church; a retired Doe Run Lead Co. employee of 28 years & a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Survivors include his WIFE: Sadie Ruth 'Shoemake' Green, of Farmington; 2 DAUGHTERS: Debra Kay 'Mrs. Dan' Buxton, Farmington; Shelly Lea 'Mrs. Brian' Kennon, of Farmington; 1 SON: Jim Lee (& Carol) Green, Jr., of Farmington; 5 GRANDCHILDREN: Jason Buxton; Adam Buxton; Dakota Green; Devyn Kennon & Jake Kennon, all of Farmington; 2 SISTERS: Pat Williams, of Farmington; Judy Green (& Dr. Mike Klueker), of Colorado; 1 BROTHER: Bill (& Doris) Green, of Colorado; 1 AUNT: Helen Zimmerman, of Doe Run; Best Friend: Carl Lee 'Cotton' Johnson, of Farmington; & numerous other Special Relatives & Friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, 5-9 p.m., August 3, 2004, Visitation resumes Wednesday, 7 a.m., with funeral service at 11:00 a.m., August 4, 2004, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Pastor Phil Senter officiating. Interment follows in the Weiss Family Cemetery, Doe Run, Missouri.
