Jimmie Otto Lashley

Jimmie O. Lashley, Sr., 66, of Bismarck, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at his home. He was born Saturday, September 25, 1948 in St. Louis to the late Otto and Catherine (Darrough) Lashley. Also preceding him in death are his wife of 46 years, Margaret (Nash) Lashley and a grandson, Dustin Cody Jorgensen. He loved the outdoors spending time hunting, fishing, and camping with family and friends. Jimmie is survived by children, Tammy Bobbet, Jimmie "Bub" Lashley, Jr. and wife Laurie, Wilburn Michael Lashley, and Helen Dickey and Husband James; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Darrough and wife Betty, Harold Lashley and wife Jane, Roger Lashley and wife Betty, Chris Lashely and wife Anne; sisters, Barbara Thompson and Cathy Mair and husband Dennis; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with Rev. Mike Barton officiating assisted by Gary Barlow. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery in Frankclay.
