Mr. John Ferrell Buchanan passed away at Sept. 19, 2001, at Camelot Manor in Farmington, at the age of 86 years, 3 months & 16 days. He was born in Flat River, Mo., June 3, 1915, to Wesley William Buchanan & Ida Josephine 'Eaves' Buchanan. Also preceding in death were: his wife, Bessie Lillian 'Roe' Buchanan (1994); 1 Sister, Nellie Young; Brothers: Shelton; Vernon & Norval Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan was a member & Deacon of the Three Rivers Baptist Church. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: DAUGHTER: Sharon 'Mrs. Albert' Berry, Farmington; SON: John W. (& Tina) Buchanan, Farmington; GRANDCHILDREN: Julie 'Mrs. Sean' Nephew, Farmington; Jason (& Amanda) Buchanan, Farmington; 1 GREAT-GRANDCHILD: Kayle Nephew, of Farmington. Visitation was held at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, Farmington & funeral services held Friday, 2:00 p.m., Sept. 21, 2001, at The Three Rivers Baptist Church with Rev. Chester Self & Rev. Bearl Pettus officiating. memorials were given to: The Three Rivers Cemetery Maintenance Fund.
