Johnny Anderson

Johnny Anderson, 69, of Bismarck, passed away March 8, 2023, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis.  He was born March 24, 1954, in Monette, Arkansas, to the late Orville Jack and Mary Magdalene (Smith) Anderson.  Johnny was a Christian.  He enjoyed fishing, old cars, camping, riding 4-wheelers, hunting, but most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, John Christopher Anderson; siblings, Billy Jack, Carl, T. J., Jerry and Wayne Anderson.

Johnny is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Ellen (Pratt) Anderson; daughter, Angela Sue Anderson; grandchildren, Aubrey Nicole Anderson, Brooklyn Renee Anderson, Brittney Nicole (Nathan) Yount and Carl William Payton; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Carnerlee Raymond (Martha) Anderson, George M. (Patricia) Anderson, Kerman (Rita) Anderson, Dennis (Pat) Anderson, Sharon (Travis) Mealer; and special friend, Terry Davis.

A memorial visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Friday, March 17, 2023, from 4:00 PM until the memorial service at 6:00 PM.  Gale O’Neail will be officiating.
