Johnny Ray Mead

Johnny Ray Mead of Caledonia, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the age of 78 years. He was born December 18, 1944 in Reynolds County Missouri to the late Harvey and Jewell (Wilson) Mead. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Mabel (Mead) Stringer and his two stepsisters, Mary Ann Mead and Betty Sue Mead. Johnny was a resident of the Goggin Boarding Home for twenty-nine years. He was very loving and always told the truth. He attended Banner Full Gospel Church his whole life and he loved to go to church. Johnny was a hard worker and liked to sweep the floors inside and keep the outside neat as well. He liked all things nature. He loved to fish and watch for deer. He also liked to watch old westerns and the Three Stooges on TV. Funeral Services for Johnny will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Bryson Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Mike Hagerty will be officiating.
