Joseph Marvin Heath

Marvin Heath, age 84 of Silva, Missouri passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Greenville Nursing Center in Greenville, Missouri. He was born on August 13, 1932 in Lodi, Missouri, a son of Emory Edward and Ida Mahalie (Huggins) Heath.      On June 1, 1955 in Silva he was united in marriage to Betty Jean Durham, she preceded hime in death on July 18, 2015. Also preceding him are his parents, sons - Joseph Gene Heath and Louis Edward Heath, two brothers and three sisters. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.    Marvin was a self-employed logger; he enjoyed wood carving, playing music and singing and going to church where he attended at the Oak Dale Baptist Church in Coldwater, Missouri.    Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Gipson officiating.
