Joyce Chervenak Joyce Chervenak, 84, of Desloge passed away November 15, 2014 at her residence. She was born September 4, 1930 in Desloge to the late Leonard and Louise (Qualls) Halbert. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, John Chervenak. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of the Leadbelt and a member of the Eastern Star. Joyce is survived by three sons, John (Vicki) Chervenak of Poplar Bluff, Paul (Gerri) Chervenak of Hillsboro, Joe (Marcy) Chervenak of Park Hills; daughter, Mary (Doug) Gunder of Desloge; grandchildren, Sarah (Shawn) Newcomb, Andy (Elizabeth) Chervenak, Lori Chervenak, Kate (Josh) Diemler, Kenny Chervenak, Melissa (Scott) Meyer, Jean (Matt) Aycock, Kristen Gunder; great-grandchildren, Laura Chervenak, Abby and Myles Newcomb, Sophia and Emma Diemler. Visitation will be Wednesday November 19, 2014 from 4 to 8 pm with an Eastern Star Service at 7 pm at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral services will be 11 am Thursday at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Pastor Mark Wiley officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church of the Leadbelt.
