Joyce Jean Davis

Joyce Jean Davis, age 77 of Alton, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Parkland Hospital in Farmington, Missouri. She was born on February 9, 1946, in St. Louis, Missouri to Clarence Eugene and Phyllis Aunita (Heggs) Vanover.

On July 31, 1971, she was united in marriage to Thomas Joseph Davis "Joe", he preceded her in death on June 14, 2013.

She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law - Anthony "Tony" & Diana Scism; sister & brother-in-law – Janet & David Steuber and brother & sister-in-law – James & Jackie Vanover.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Joyce was administrator for Baker Petrolige Petroleum in St. Louis, she enjoyed reading, painting, playing the piano and giving piano lessons.

A Private internment will be at Jefferson Barracks Veteran Cemetery in St. Louis.
