Joyce (Allen) Larrew passed away September 2, 2016 in Ironton, Missouri at the Baptist Home at the age of 87 years. She was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on February 21, 1929 the daughter of the late Cecil Herman and Nell Opal (Anderson) Allen. On October 21, 1950 she was united in marriage to Clyde Wesley Larrew who preceded her in death on October 26, 2014. To this union three children were born; Joseph Larrew and wife Patty of Bridgeton, Missouri, Dennis A. Larrew of Ironton, Missouri, and Lisa Jost and husband Neal of Las Cruces, New Mexico. Joyce is also survived by three grandsons; James Larrew and wife Ashley, Justin Larrew and wife Cinthia, Jared Larrew and wife Tara, seven great grandchildren; Abraham, Abigail, Gabriella, Diego, Javi, Mackenzie, and Madison, one great grandchild on the way in October, and a host of other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Joyce was preceded in death by her grandson, Jacob Larrew. Joyce was a member of Fee Fee Baptist Church in Bridgeton, Missouri. She played the piano for church services there and at other churches that she attended over the years. She continued to play the piano when she moved to The Baptist Home. She loved music. Joyce worked in Human Resources before retiring from Universal Match Company. There was nothing more important to Joyce than the love of her family and spending time with them.
