Juanita Bernice Gillam

            Juanita Gillam, age 94, of Bonne Terre passed away on May 20, 2019. She was born February 16, 1925 to the late Ralph and Gertrude (Miller) Jinkerson. Juanita attended the Centenary United Methodist Church in Bonne Terre.

            In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Golden Gillam; daughter, Carolyn (Gillam) Tyler; son in law, Warren Tyler; granddaughter, Kelly Nicole Tyler; sister, Betty Joan (Jinkerson) House; brother, Darrell Ray Jinkerson; sister in law, Georgia (Harris) Jinkerson.

            Juanita is survived by her son, Harlan James Gillam and wife Judy; brother, Ralph “Bud” Jinkerson; granddaughters, Kimberly Diane Tyler and fiancé Will Eddleman, Krista Ann Combs and husband Cary, and Kathleen Renee Paul and husband Brad; great-grandchildren, Karly, Katy, Noah, Nick, Tucker, and Lane; great-great grandchildren, Koralie and Jakobi; nieces, nephews, special friend, Karen Johnson; and other family and friends.

            Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Visitation will resume Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 8 am until time of service of 10 am at C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Pastor Dave Wiant officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery in Bonne Terre. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society in honor of Juanita Gillam.
