Judy Darlene Gillum

Judy Darlene Gillum of Ironton, Missouri passed away February 26, 2023 in St. Louis, Missouri surrounded by her loving family. She was 78 years old. Judy was born March 28, 1944 in Imboden, Missouri the daughter of the late Paul and Ethel May (Fitzgerald) McIntyre. On November 18, 1967 Judy was united in marriage to Larry Hubert Gillum who survives. They are the parents of one daughter, Kimberly Rae Parker (Terry) of Crestwood, Missouri. In addition to her husband and daughter, Judy is survived by one brother; Gilbert McIntyre, of Ellington, Missouri, and two sisters; Nadine Lambert of Imboden and Sharon Ciaramitario (John) of South St. Louis County, Missouri. Also left to mourn her passing are her grandson, Terry Justin (“T.J”) Parker and his fiancé Ashley Powell and soon to be great granddaughter of Crestwood, Missouri. Her granddaughter Bailee Ann Parker and husband, Conner Vogt of Crestwood, Missouri also survive as do a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by three brothers: James McIntyre, Lloyd McIntyre, and Eric McIntyre. Judy was a graduate of Valley of Caledonia High School. She performed clerical work for the steel distributor, Victory Steel. Judy attended New Hope Baptist Church in Imboden, Missouri. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Pomegranate Chapter 397. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. at the Bryson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frank Nash officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. prior to the service. Interment will be in the Fitzgerald Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Fitzgerald Cemetery.
