Julia (Wiseman) Chapman

Julia Wiseman Keenan Chapman of Festus, Missouri passed away January 15, 2020 in Festus, Missouri at the age of 79 years. She was born January 4, 1941 in York, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late William and Ruth Piffier Wiseman. In 1991 she was united in marriage to Charles Chapman of Festus, Missouri. Four children survive; Debra Chapman Roets of Hartsville, Alabama, and three children from a previous marriage; Marion Keenan Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri, Monroe Keenan of Ironton, Missouri, and Rebecca Keenan Riggs of Ironton, Missouri, four sisters; Harian Myracle of Pilot Knob, Missouri, Mandy Hutson of Ironton, Missouri, Rosie Frazier of Ironton, Missouri, and Ruthy Eddy of Bay City, Texas, nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Julia was preceded in death by three brothers; David Wiseman, Buster Wiseman, and Robert Wiseman and her sister, Rea Bernard.
