June Kay Hardesty

June Kay Hardesty, age 81 of Fredericktown, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Evelyn House Care Center in Creve Coeur. She was born on September 1, 1937 in Rockford, Illinois a daughter of Earl "Pete" and Gladys Marie (Wheeler) Adleman. On January 28, 1956 in Durand, Illinois she was united in marriage to Arthur Dale Hardesty who preceded her in death on December 4, 2015; her parents and daughters – Lori and Debra Hardesty also precede her. She is survived by two daughters & sons-in-law - Cathy & Richard Reichard of and Connie & Gary Giltner of Post Falls, Idaho; one sister – Shirley Adelman; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. June was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service; she enjoyed taking care of her flowers, working crossword puzzles, traveling and was an avid St. Louis cardinals fan, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A private memorial service may be held at a later date. Condolences may be posted on this website.
