Karen Ann Combs

Karen Ann Combs, age 69 of Fredericktown, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Stockhoff Memorial Nursing Center in Fredericktown. She was born on April 2, 1956, in Bonne Terre, Missouri to Wilford and Margaret (Mouser) Combs.

She is survived by her brother & sister-in-law -  M. Daniel & Betty Combs; three nieces and nephews - Dan Combs, Becki Reissing and Kassie Rariden; six great nieces and nephews and many Mouser cousins and her three special friends – Connie Matthews and Mary Ann DeSpain and Nancy Schultz.

Karen retired from the US Postal Service at Fredericktown, Ironton, and Cape Girardeau, Missouri; she enjoyed shopping, yard sales, estate sales and collected bisque dolls and blue birds; she was a volunteer at the Madison Medical Center Auxiliary and was a member of the Fredericktown Christian Church.

Visitation will be from 10:00 12:00 on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 p.m., also on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home.
