Kathryn Anne Brumbaugh passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2003, at Parkland Health Center, South, in Farmington, at the age of 53 years, 4 months & 10 days. She was born Oct. 1, 1949, in St. Louis, MO., to the late Russell & Helene Doyle. Also preceding-in-death was her Step-Mother, Elizabeth 'McPherson' Doyle Kathryn was: * a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farmington; * Graduate of Normandy High School, St. Louis; * Graduate of Univ. of MO., St. Louis with BA, MA in Language Arts; English as a Second Language & Administration, Secondary Education. * member, Nat'l Assoc. of Secondary Principals; * Nat'l Assoc. of Ass't Principals; * member, Delta Zeta Sorority, Univ. of Mo., St. Louis; * member, Phi Beta Kappa; * Past-Princess, Job's Daughters, Bethel 22, of St. Louis; * member, Retired Teacher's Assoc.; * former Ass't Principal at Farmington Sr. High School; * she was the current HMLS/MIGRANT/ESL Coordinator at Farmington Sr. High School; She taught in the Francis Howell; Normandy & Hazelwood School Districts. At Francis Howell High School & Jr. High she was a Softball Coach; Pom-Pom Sponsor. She was a International Softball Coach & coached teams in Australia, New Zealand & Europe. Survivors Include: her HUSBAND, Harold E. Brumbaugh, of Farmington; 2 DAUGHTERS: Lisha L. 'Mrs. Joseph' Coffey, of Cedar Rapids, IA; & Shannon 'Mrs. Graft' Deaton, of Mesa, AZ. 2 BROTHERS: John Doyle, of San Luis Obispo, CA., & Robert (& Alex) Doyle, of Nashville, TN. Also surviving are 3 GRANDCHILDREN: Emiko Coffey, of Cedar Rapids, IA, Alecsander & Collin Deaton, of Mesa, AZ; NIECES & NEPHEWS: Michael (& Kate) Doyle; Oona, Hannah & Josef Doyle, all of of Nashville, TN; GREAT-NEPHEW: Patrick Ryan Doyle, of Nashville, TN. Visitation Thursday, 3-9 p.m., resuming Friday, 7 am, & funeral Friday, 10 am, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Fr. Jim Mitulski officiating. Interment services at 1:30 p.m, at Laurel Hill Cemetery - 2000 No. Pennsylvania Ave. - St. Louis. Memorials to: American Cancer Society.
