Mrs. Kathryn "Marlene" Blankenship

Kathryn "Marlene" Blankenship passed away March 3, 2012 at her residence in Arcadia, MO at the age of 75 years. She was born September 19, 1936, a daughter of the late Marvin Adonis and Hazel Faye (Reed) Swaringim. On March 16, 1955, she was united in marriage to Thomas Ronald Blankenship who preceded her in death on July 23, 1992. To this union two children were born; Pamela Rae Blankenship Davis of Arcadia, MO and Ronald Kevin Blankenship of Wyoming. Also surviving are two brothers; Marvin "Bud" Swaringim of Brenham, TX and Norman "Larry" Swaringim of Burton, TX, three sisters; Karen Wisdom of Cuba, MO, Reba Inman of Ironton, MO, and Linda Warren of Aloha, OR, seven grandchildren; Dereck, Dustin, Gabriel, Daniel, David, Steven, Stephanie, 12 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Marlene was preceded in death by a great-grandson Isaac.
