Katie M. Miller

Katie Mae Miller, 92 of Bonne Terre passed away January 20, 2011 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington. She was born February 26, 1918 in Bonne Terre. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. She was an avid gardener, quilter and loved the outdoors. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret Skaggs; husband, Ellis Miller, brothers, Charles Skaggs, Jr., Kennard Skaggs and Jesse Skaggs.Katie is survived by five children, Norma (Larry) Wallace, Jack (Mary) Miller, Joyce (Sonny) Mahurin, Sue (Robert) Pulley, Phillip (Cheryl) Miller; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, January 23, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Monday at 1:00 PM at C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre with Rev. Michael Kelpe officiating.
