Kay Ruth Wilson

Kay Ruth Wilson of Doe Run, Missouri, passed away January 7, 2019 at her residence at the age of 76 years. She was born July 12, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee the daughter of the late James and Ruth (Riggs) Jerden. On March 28, 1959 she was united in marriage to Joseph Wilson Sr. who preceded her in death on April 3, 2009. To this union four children were born; Deborah Pryor of Cherryville, Missouri, Denise Sikes and husband, Richard of Ironton, Missouri, Joseph Wilson Jr. and wife Jill of Doe Run, Missouri and Charity Murphy who preceded her in death. Kay is also survived by one sister; Joyce Snyder of Jonesboro, Arkansas, nine grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and daughter, Kay was preceded in death by three sisters; Betty Jerden, Bobbie Jean Duncan, and Wilma Best, and her brother, Kenneth Jerden, and son-in-law, Dennis Pryor.
