Keith Foreman

Keith D. Foreman, 61, of Farmington passed away December 23, 2021. He was born January 24, 1960 to the late Albert and Vida (Moutray) Foreman. He loved spending time with his grandkids, especially his grandson Reid. Keith and Reid thought of each other as best buddies.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by three sisters, Sandra (Foreman) Pack, Lawana Wulfers, Patricia Taylor; one brother, Albert G. Foreman.

Keith is survived by his loving wife, Deana (Hartupee) Foreman; step-children, Brent Pipkin of Farmington, Michael (Jen) Hartupee of Chattanooga, TN, and Jamie (Will) Kayler of Farmington; five grandchildren, Madison Pipkin, Zoe Hartupee, Adri Kayler, Abbie Kayler and Reid Eiskant; three brothers, Roger (Jeanne) Foreman of Idaho, Ken (Linda) Foreman of Oak Ridge, MO and Paul Foreman and friend Jo Long of Springfield, MO. Several other family and friends also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 from Noon until 3:00 PM at 12 West, located at 12 W. Columbia St., Farmington, MO 63640. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
