Kelly Ray Garoutte

Kelly Ray Garoutte, age 49 of Fredericktown, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born on May 31, 1974, in Springfield, Missouri to Stanley Wayne and Mary Armena (Armstrong) Garoutte.

On June 11, 1994, in Billings, Missouri he was united in marriage to Betsy Michelle Glover, she survives in Fredericktown.

He is also survived by his two children – Tracey Harlow and Matthew Garoutte; his father and stepmother – Stanley and Marie Garoutte; three brothers – Kenneth, Keith, and Kevin Garoutte and three grandchildren – Robert Donald Earl Martin; Damien Harlow and Sofia Garoutte.

He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Garoutte.

Kelly had worked for EFCO windows; he enjoyed watching car races on TV and collecting model cars.

A memorial service may be held at a later date.
