Kenneth L. Varner

Mr. Kenneth L. Varner passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002, at his Bonne Terre residence at the age of 79 years, 7 months & 1 day. He was born April 18, 1923, in DeLaplaine, Ark., to George & Ina 'Bolin' Varner. He was also preceded-in-death by 2 Sisters - Wilma Gillean & Ruby Druck. Ken was a US ARMY Veteran of World War II. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: his WIFE: Rose Ann 'Tawfall' Varner, of Bonne Terre; 2 SONS: David Varner, of Bonne Terre & Doyle Tawfall, formerly of Bonne Terre; 1 SISTER: Jane 'Mrs. Wayne' Chapman, of Illinois; 5 GRANDCHILDREN: Brian Varner, of Kentucky; Matt Bishop; Christine Varner; Josh Varner & Kayla Jordan, all of Bonne Terre. Also, 3 Great-Grandchildren; Step-Grandchildren; several Nieces; Nephews & Friends. Visitation Thursday, 4-9 p.m, resuming Friday at 7:00 a.m., & funeral Friday, 1:00 p.m., November 22, 2002, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Dr. David Webster officiating.
