Kevin Andrew LaPlant, age 35 passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at his home in Fredericktown, Missouri. He was born on July 21, 1986, in St. Louis, Missouri to Kevin Noby and Melinda Ellen (Vishino) LaPlant. He is survived by his mother – Melinda "Missy" LaPlant of Fredericktown; sister – Amber LaPlant of Fredericktown; grandfather – Oby LaPlant of Fredericktown; aunts – Jenny (Greg) Wurm of St. Louis, Missouri, Susan LaPlant of Fredericktown, Karen Goulding of St. Louis and Cyndi LaPlant of Bunker; uncle – Harry Ward of Dothan, Alabama; niece – Maggie (Keyonda) LaPlant of Fredericktown; nephews – Harlan Goad and Bosten Goad both of Fredericktown and cousins Markeeta Reeves and family. He is preceded in death by his father – Kevin LaPlant, grandmother – Sandra LaPlant, grandparents – Denton & Nelle Jo Vishino. Andrew worked for CMT Commercial Roofing in St. Louis; he enjoyed fishing, playing basketball, spending time with his family and working on vehicles. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., on Monday, June 6, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Wilson Funeral Home. Interment will be at Little Vine Cemetery near Fredericktown. Condolences may be posted on this website.
