Kristie Lynnett Halter

Kristie Lynnett Halter, beloved mother, dedicated pharmacist, and spirited soul, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the age of 56. Born on Tuesday, January 20, 1970, Kristie lived a life filled with passion for both her profession and her loved ones, particularly her daughter, Maitlan.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert “Butch” and Pamela (Thompson) Halter; and nephew, Ian Rasnic.

Kristie devoted over 30 years of her life to the pharmacy industry, earning respect and admiration in her roles at Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS. Her commitment to her work mirrored her deep care for those around her, reminding us all of the importance of compassion in everyday life.

 Kristie was a true Disney enthusiast. Her heart sparkled at the thought of travel, especially to the magical realms of Disney World, where countless memories were forged alongside her daughter. Her favorite villain, Maleficent, often ignited conversations about the stories that she held deep in her heart, while her love for Star Wars and sci-fi movies further reflected her adventurous spirit. Through reading and exploring new experiences, Kristie embraced life with curiosity and a desire to live fully.

She is survived by her loving daughter Maitlan Halter; beloved sister, Tara Halter and dear brother, Scott Halter and wife Sarah; and nieces and nephews, Abigale, Emily and Eli Rasnic, Ava Dorr, Benjamin and Jake Halter.

 Above all, Kristie’s greatest joy came from her time with her daughter and family. She cherished moments spent together, each one a treasured memory that will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

 She now rests peacefully, having left a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will continue to inspire us all.
