Ladon Howard

Mrs. Elizabeth "LaDon" Howard passed away early Saturday morning, December 8, 2012, at Farmington Presbyterian Manor at the age of 90 years, 2 months & 6 days. Elizabeth was born October 2, 1922, in Ste. Genevieve County, MO., and was the daughter of George Dewey Kocher and Mary Pearl 'Thomas' Kocher. Also preceding in death were : her husband, LeRoy Howard, (July 19, 2007), and a sister, Betty Marie Silvey (May 27, 2006).

LaDon was a longtime, faithful member of Farmington First Baptist Church. LaDon loved quilting and entertaining.

Survivors Include: 1 Son - Jim (& Dolores) Howard, of Farmington; 1 Sister - Doris Thomas, of Farmington; 1 Brother - Donald Lee (& Mary) Kocher, of Farmington. 3 Grandchildren: Jennifer Lynne (& Nicholas) Vaughn, of Murray, Kentucky; John Wesley Howard, of Farmington, and Joshua James Howard, of Farmington. Also surviving are numerous Nieces; Nephews & Cousins.

Visitation : Monday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation Resumes : Tuesday @ 6:30 a.m.

Funeral : Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., December 11, 2012

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating.

Interment : Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington
