Larry Allen Jones

Larry Allen Jones, 60, of Potosi passed away October 26, 2018 at his residence.  He was born September 23, 1958 to the late Donald and Margie (Austin) Jones in St. Louis, MO.  Larry has been a registered nurse in our area for over 20 years. He started his career in local nursing homes and later worked for the Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center. 

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; life partner of 34 years and best friend, Margie Braning: sisters, April Jones, Mary Jones, and Terri Mabacher; and brother, Clyde Swarringin. 

 

Larry is survived by his sisters, Sherry Weston, Carrie Weston, Donna Epplito, Gladys Simpson; brother, Donald Jones; step mother, Ruth Jones; and step sister, Belinda Wacker.

 

Memorial Visitation will be held Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 1 PM until service time of 2 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre with Dr. Mary Braning officiating. Graveside inurnment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
