Larry M. Queen

          Larry M. Queen, 85, of Leadwood, passed away December 13, 2021, at his residence.  He was born April 19, 1936, in Leadwood, to the late Harry and Rachel (Mull) Queen.  Larry was a 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Vietnam War.  He was also a member of Leadwood Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sarah Queen; daughter in-law, Cheryl Queen; two grandsons, Anthony and Adam Hammack.

Larry leaves behind his wife of 64 years, Nedra (Eaton) Queen; daughter, Tianny (David) Richardson; two sons, Christopher (Elizabeth) Queen, Kirk (Jill) Queen; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Richard (Elfrieda) of Colorado, Nancy Komar of Ironton, and Jeffrey (Ruth) of Warrington, Missouri.

A private graveside service, with full military honors will be held at Leadwood Cemetery with a Celebration of Life planned for a later date.
