Lena Ann Lute

Lena Ann (Capps) Lute, age 86, of Bonne Terre, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born September 21, 1933 in Steel, MO to the late Johnnie and Dorothy (Siegler) Capps. Lena was also proceeded in death by a brother, Charles Capps and her sister, Mary Mills.

Lena is survived by her children, Bob Wengler (Diane), David Lute (Kerry), and Kathy Burgess (Tony); one brother, Ronnie Capps (Kay); seven grandchildren, Nick Wengler, Stephanie Benson, Amy Clark, Jeremy Lute, Stephen Lute, Anthony Burgess, Christy Jones; six great-grandchildren, Julian Webb, Lexi Clark, Aubrey Clark, Grant Clark, Ezri Lute, and Lilly Jones.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 4:00 pm until the time of Service at 7:00 PM in the C.Z. Boyer & Son - Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Interment will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart, MO. Memorial donations may be made to National Association of American Veterans.
