Leoma Roberta Montgomery

Leoma "Roberta" Montgomery, 86 passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 at her home in Fredericktown, Missouri. She was born on July 11, 1931 in Patterson, Missouri a daughter of Hubert Joe Rederick and Minnie Jewell (Henderson) Rederick. In 1947 in Piggott, Arkansas she was united in marriage to Cleatus Henry Montgomery, he preceded her in death on June 4, 1994. Her parents and one son, Stanley Montgomery also precedes her. She is survived by four daughters - Judy Sandridge of Herculaneum, Missouri, Donna (David) Beaty of Fredericktown, Fay (Donald) Jordan of Cherokee Pass, Missouri and Janet (Charles) Roderick of St. Louis, Missouri; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren and daughter-in-law - Betty Montgomery of Pevely, Missouri. . Roberta was a homemaker choosing to stay at home and care for her five children; she enjoyed drawing, shopping, spending time with her family and going to church. Visitation will be from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Funeral services willb e held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Jim Brown officiating. Interment will be at the New Prospect Cemetery in Silva, Missouri.
