Leona A. Presnell

Mrs. Leona A. 'Ragsdale' Presnell passed away at her Farmington residence, Sunday night, December 22, 2013, at the age of 92 years, 4 months & 6 days. Leona was born on August 16, 1921, in Flat River, Missouri, and was the daughter of Lawrence Ragsdale and Retta 'Hahn' Ragsdale. Also preceding-in-death were : her husband, Glen Dale Presnell, (Feb. 19, 1994); a sister, Virginia Rider and 2 brothers, Leeman "Mutt" Ragsdale & Darrell (& Dorothy) Ragsdale.

Leona was a Charter Member of The Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church of Park Hills and served many years as Church Treasurer and Nursery Attendant.

Survivors Include : her son, Ronald D. Presnell, of Farmington. 2 Sisters: Berniece Dodd and Ruth (Mrs. James) Goad, both of Park Hills . 1 Brother: Elwood "Knot" (& Wanda) Ragsdale, of Park Hills. 3 Sisters-In-Law: Lorene Ragsdale, of Park Hills; Judy Boyer, of Lakewood, Colorado & LeeAnn Modde, of Perryville, MO. Also, 1 Brother-In-Law, Willard Rider, of Festus, MO.
