Leonard Huber

Leonard Valentine Huber, 72, of Park Hills passed away January 24, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 26, 1943 in Festus to the late Benadict Joseph and Ileen Faye (Sago) Huber. Leonard was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Allen Huber and a sister, Donna Faye Ivy.

Leonard was a member of the Irondale First Baptist Church. He was also a United States Navy Veteran and a retired ordained minister.

Leonard is survived by his wife Barbara Ann (Douglas) Huber, three sons, Kenneth Wayne Huber, Michael Jay Huber and wife Teri (Warneke), Mark Douglas Huber and wife Courtney (Wright); six grandchildren, Jonathon Taylor, Caitlyn Halie, Oceana Valentine, Lakea Island, Bayton Lewis, and Reagan Allyn Huber; and three brothers, David, Glennon and Ronald Huber.

Visitation will be Tuesday January 26, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral service will be 9 a.m. Wednesday January 27, 2016 at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with Rev. James Waymire officiating and assisted by Rev. Bruce Torrence. Interment will follow at Shepherd of the Hills cemetery in Barnhart. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the Irondale First Baptist Church for the gym project.
