Ms. Lielia Renae' Sutphin passed away on December 17, 2006, at her Farmington residence at the age of 43 years, 2 months & 20 days. Lielia was born September 27, 1963, in St. Louis.

Survivors Include: 2 Daughters: Crystal Renae Sutphin, of St. Louis; Jessica Rose 'Mrs. Lester' Henson, of Fredericktown; 2 Sons: Douglas Sidney (& Nichole) Sutphin, of Mitchell, IL; James Carol Sutphin, of Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. Her Parents: James Douglas & Linda Lou Sutphin, of Granite City, IL; Her Grandparents: John & Erma Adams, of Mitchell, IL. Also surviving are 7 Grandchildren: Sierra, Rylind, Zachary, Tyler, Jacob, Lauren & Breanna.

Visitation: Wednesday, 10-11 a.m., Dec. 20, 2006

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL with Rev. Clint Braman officiating

Interment Service: Wed., 2:30 pm, at Sunset Hills Cemetery Chapel, Glen Carbon, IL.
